Messed around by your account manager

Your prices are higher than all of your competitors.

I asked your account manager if you can match the price and he refused.

I am now trying to cancel and your account manager keeps giving me incorrect information.

I asked him what the non-return equipment fee was and he is saying R2400, double the price of the HAP AC2. When I called in the representative told me it was R1200.

Can someone give me facts and help me cancel. This guy replies once every day, if you lucky.
