I have Fibre now with vox for over 2 years and i got the ups for 2 years also but it said 2 year conract but now they are saying it was for rental not to own and nlw they want to collect tge rental part never brought to my attention i think they *****ing people with this matter. Been paying for 2 years and now they say it will never belong to me.

8.5. Vox will retain the password for the Equipment. Responsibility for the IP configuration of the Service Configuration lies with Vox.
8.6. Ownership of the Equipment vests in the Vox.
Equipment is not subject to a rentto-own contract
