MAIL SERVER IS DOWN MIN ONCE A WEEK, EVERY WEEK

During the last few months the service from this \LEADING TELECOMS OPERATOR"[HA HA HA HA HA HA yeh right!] has gone from bad to worse to just downright ****** appalling. As a self-employed person I rely on emails to conduct business and not only does their server go down"

vox telecoms new fortimail spam program lets spam through and quarantines my business emails. The other day an email I sent too over 12 hours to reach a recipient a mere 60kms away, across Johannesburg. Their call centre is manned by young unskilled, inexperienced people and when I had a go at them the best I got was silence on the line. On 3-May at 12:50 a Mr/Mrs PM George tried calling me when I was on a business call, and then sent me an sms stating "Good Day I am unable to get hold of you regarding Fortimail System Issues will try again at 1:30 PMGeorge (voxtelecom)" No call was ever forthcoming. This is a mickey mouse company staffed (and more importantly managed) by people who are not serious about their customers or their business.
