Losing money and clients because of Vox

I pay R950 a month to Vox for fibre because my work requires me to good internet, I currently do not have internet and Vox is telling they can only assist me after 3 days. They are not willing to assist in anyway urgently, I cannot work, I’m losing time, I’m missing deadlines, I’m losing money and I’m losing clients and they don’t care.

What kind of service is this at such a high price????? Please help me save my business.
