Good afternoon VOX, we still have no internet access and have been contacted by your offices who have asked if Vumatel have contacted me yet. I advised that they had not been in touch and was advised I would be called back shortly....................................................still waiting

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the connectivity issues were resolved after the Network Provider ,Vumatel restored the link.

Good day Vox, thank you for getting the matter resolved. Unfortunately you had to take the brunt of the complaint being the middleman even though no cause of yours own but do believe you guys need to have Vumatel be more forthcoming when problems occur enabling you to provide relevent feedback to your customers making life simpler for all. When I eventually managed to get a response everyone tried to help me out.
