Have I made the biggest mistake joining VOX fibre???

Easy to sign up! open serve persistent in installing and then bang VOX doesn't bring the modem or complete the installation.

And when you call them your wait time is 28 min then its 22 min and there is only 27 calls ahead of you and then there is 21 calls and when you hear again there is 27 calls ahead of you so how did 6 callers jump the que I was in???

All I want to know is when is vox going to complete my installation, and when I have problems with the net is this going to be a recurring issue cause then you can come take your line right out my house before we even begin this.
