Line upgrade still not done!

We requested a line upgrade from 10/10 to 50/50 on the 26th August 2020. Something that should have taken 7 working days has still not been done! It is a merry go round between VOX / SADV / VUMATEL as no one actually knows who is responsible for this! Vox says its active. SADV says they have not received the request. No one is taking responsibility for this! I need this sorted ASAP as the service from ALL involved it disgusting. I have numerous tickets logged with both VOX & SADV. SADV says the ISP must request. The ISP says it has requested but nothing done by SADV. Honestly how difficult can this be.
