Line speed drops multiple times a day.

Do not use Vox. I've fought with Vox for weeks and weeks to get my internet sorted, and nothing changes. I experience long times when the line speed drops to about 0.1 Mbps. On a 200mb line. It does this daily for half an hour or so at a time, multiple times a day. It makes working online impossible; I can't do zoom or teams calls at all. Do not use these guys. Simple as that.

I don't doubt they'll probably reply to this review and say they'll reach out to me to try to assist. Don't even bother, I've dealt with your support for weeks and nobody had fixed the issue. I repeat, do not use Vox.
