Line not released after cancellation
Our services with vox came to an end 28feb Wich was our last day
Line was then supposed to have been made available for next isp.
But it hasn't!!!!!! We have been without internet since yesterday because our new isp cannot connect because line haven't been released!!!!!!!! This was supposed to have been done yesterday morning already!!! Now its day 2 of no inter because someone was not competent!!! Now my wife cant work online, causing a loss of income because of you!!!!!! Now i must call you to remind people to do their job.

SUSPENDED. MY LINE IS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN ALREADY!!!!!!
