Life is hard enough…VOX makes it worse !!

Vox has by far the worst customer care center that i have ever come across, i myself deal with training staff and developing their basic needed people skills/ accountability / and driving client satisfaction.. but wil forever use vox in my lectures as a example of poor servicing and to each and every person looking for a wifi/ fibre/business telecommunications provider do NOT choose VOX as they have NO integrity/accountability or structure… basic tasks take DAYS and will cause a loss in productivity
