LIES LIES LIES

Please stay away from VOX FIBRE, I have been billed incorrectly, they billed me from the day I placed the order, and for the new month. For an R646 subscription, they wanted to deduct over R1400 and had to fight to have the statement corrected, and even so, they still added a pro-rate amount that I was not told of at the beginning of the agreement. I have made arrangements that the amount can be deducted with the next billing cycle and the person I dealt with send me email confirmation that it will be done and the agreed date, my line has now been disconnected in the middle of the month and I am sure they will want their full month's subscription even though I am not connected.. I should have not canceled my previous ISP. Took weeks to get my line connected and still being billed for that...
