Lies lies lies

I have been with vox for over one year and moved 4 floors in the same building. I notified vox and they did a quick and effortless move to the other floor. a few weeks later i received a double billing and queried it. The representative advised me that i should of given 4 weeks notice before the move. I then explained that the consultant never told me of the notice.

I followed up with the consultant who just blueticked and ignored returning my calls. Vox proceeded to disconnect my line even though i paid my normal premium.
