This company is utterly pathetic!
I place an order with them on the 31st of May 2021. Today is the 8th of June 2021 and they still haven't given me a response on my application!!! They **** that they tried calling me and couldn't get a hold of me. That was the response from the Rica Dept. When I called in and asked to speak to a manager. A consultant by the name of Catherine Mahlangu refused to get me her manager.
These guys do the absolute opposite and refuses to correct themselves!! Do not support such an irresponsible company!!!

08 Jun 2021, 14:26Just spoke to a consultant now. She got through to me on the same number the Vox vetting dept **** they tried to call me on but didn't get through. Now the consultant says it will take 2 to 3 working days to see if my orde is approved or not! This company is ridiculous!!!
