Less than 1mb LTE that keeps disconnecting.
I hate having to do this but I've been dealing with ****ty internet for too long now. When the internet is working its terrible. The upload doesn't even hit 1mb, it constantly loses connectivity. Ive been trying to get hold of someone, when you call a machine answers, when you e mail a machine responds and when someone calls nothing is resolved. Was told an engineer will come and fix the issue, no news. And I have to pay for this **** internet and service.

How long do I have to wait?
I just wasted all my airtime on hold with you guys.
You have no solutions for me other than wait for MTN, and I have been waiting.
How can you do business and not solve issues?

I'm tired of wasting my time and money waiting for you guys.
