Leading telecom service provide? lol

So vox telecom is our service provider for e-mails as well as our fibre packages. We have been experiencing a number of issues from late last year. Finally a technical consultant tried resolving our issue, however this was just a temporary fix. Earlier this month the issue with our email started.. again. I requested multiple times for a sales consultant to call me to find a way forward but this never happened. Yesterday I tried chatting to a sales consultant (thokozile if I remember correctly) and to my surprise I need to make the run around to support to get clarity on the way forward. Today I decided to call vox as that may have helped but the service was pathetic. I requested to speak to a manager, instead I got transferred to 4 different people in 3 different departments. 44 mins later I hanged up without speaking to a manage!!
