Le-Mond Neff @ Vox: Great service

After the fibre installation was complete and a Mikrotik Router was installed. We had 200mbps from the microtik but onmy 86mbps from the deco mesh. I called in support and spoke to a few people with not much help until we got assistance from Mr Le-Mond Neff.

Mr Neff assisted us with connecting the ONT directly to the Deco and setting up the mesh. It was a Sunday morning and he was patient with us despite the issues we had with connecting to mobile network in the interim.

He took us through the whole process of resetting and setting up the mesh. We finally have excellent wifi connectivity at home.

Mr Le-Mond Neff, your assistance with this issue is highly appreciated. To be able to provide a good service you need good systems in place and people like Le-Mond with the right knowledge.
