Laxy dazy responses

After signing up, I received an e-mail & WhatsApp from Khuthadzo Likhanya requesting I upload my RICA documents, which I did. Following up on the process, I noted she's/ he very laxy dazy in responding to my e-mails & whatsapps. I had to wait at least 2 - 3 days for a response. I also sent an e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the website, requesting that my e-mail be forwarded to the HR department, but seems it has fallen in blind eyes. I no longer require their POOR PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
