Last week I complained about Vox and their internet not has connection and until today we're experiencing problems, everyday without fail we go hours without service and all we're told is it's because of fibre breaks! Until when??? Meanwhile we're being b

Last week I complained about Vox and their internet not has connection and until today we're experiencing problems, everyday without fail we go hours without service and all we're told is it's because of fibre breaks! Until when??? Meanwhile we're being billed for services not rendered. This is not pleasant at all

The fault is Linked to outage:

VOX***1    Vumatel GPON - NWI-19808    
Some customers may experience problems with no connectivity    
Vumatel engineers  attending to the additional fibre break
