*** My account was Increased by 13%. I asked Vox how they justify such a large increase Their reply was as follows: "The Vox product offerings are subject to varying inflationary pressures and your specific basket of services may be higher or lower than the average." This has to be the most useless answer ever. Anyone reading this, think carefully before you choose your ISP!
