Lack of response

<p>I have app**** for an internet package and been approved and everything.and i have now queried and complained week after week for almost 2MONTHS with same patheic response "i am awaiting a part, i am awaiting the hardware, we will contact you for installation tomorrow" it has been almost 2month and still no one has contacted me for installation. i find it very hard to believe that the company even cares about getting the business or not. i am soo frustrated with he back and forth . NO ONE has contacted me for installation.i need installation done ASAP. whatever happened to customer service???</p>
