Lack of customer support

Rating based not on connection but on customer service. I’ve been trying to cancel my account for 2 months now because I’m moving at the end of this month but every email gets a ticket logged and every day I’ve been waiting in a telephonic queue for hours. If someone eventually does pick up on the other end you get redirected to non-existing number. To continue working I’ll have to find a different provider for the new address. Very disappointed.
