Lack of customer service
Absolutely useless. Be prepared to hold on for 20min when you have a query and then you will be **** to and told the fault will be escalated or technicians are on sight. They will also never call back despite committing to do so. Query VOX***4. Please don’t bother sending me a generic response that you will send it on to someone to investigate!
