Lack of customer service!

The customer service offered by VOX is pathetic. They respond to emails 3/4 days later, wait times are excessive and the line often cuts out as soon as you get through to an agent. I called in earlier and after spending almost 55 minutes on a call (with no assistance offered at this point), she promised me that her manager would call me back to explain my query.

This is not happen but the ticket was closed and marked as resolved.
