Lack of customer etiquette.

I would never recommend Vox to anyone, they have the worse attitude and lack alot of training regarding customer service. I have never ever been so disgusted with a company like this in my entire life. To start with the company was a nightmare the people handling my application I had to make numerous calls to follow up on my application status, I wasn't even informed that is was approved until I received the printer a month after my application. There was billing issues I had to sort out myself because I just get email notification I don't understand. When you call and find out I will get attitude. The lady handling my account Thara will send me emails and expect I should just follow her instructions and I can't say anything about her arrangements. I called her numerous times and her phone number is always going to voice mail. I emailed her once and I told her I only have R500 at the moment and I attached the proof of payment. A few days after that I got a final demand whereby my account was canceled. I now have to pay an account of something I won't be using. I feel Vox is all about money and don't care about customer needs!
