Lack of customer care

Please put your house in order customer service is bad , last month my account was suspended I made follow up via your call centre it was a struggle to get help , I went to facebook I was told my account is due for cancellation I didn’t understand how,later I was told it is resolved , this month my account is suspended when I call they said it is closed ,they are taking me from pillar to post no one is willing to assist me I’m not happy can I please get an explanation why , I’ve never seen the company that is quick to close the customers account vox disappoint to be honest I regret taking your service
