Lack of communication at Vox Telecom unacceptable

What an utter frustration it is to work with staff from Vox Telecoms... We signed a 12 month contract for an outdoor camera (the first two installments have already been debited from our account) that promised us functions that didn't even exists (that we only found out AFTER we received the camera). Technicians have been trying to get the camera to work, but are totally clueless with THEIR new product.<br> <br> Trying to get the R540 debited from our account back and also getting the contract cancelled is an absolute nightmare!!<br> <br> We are still waiting for them to collect the camera from us for the past month. Shocking service, technical backup, and communication.<br>
