LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND RESOLVING PROBLEMS

I am deeply disappointed in the lack of communication. I have been holding on the phone for 1h50 minutes and still can't get through to anyone in management as the employees in the call centre can't seem to establish what the hold up is on my order. The waiting message says you should communicate on WhatsApp yet no one responds, you send emails to support & helpdesk and no one returns an email.
