Lack of communication
Lack of communication and efficiency to assist. My fiber stopped working. My router is completely off and does not respond. I emailed Vox Monday 6/09/2021. I was only called 07/09/2021 at 20h39 to be told that I will be billed for the technician that will come. Whyyyyyyy?
