Lack of communication
Very poor communication from Vox regarding the outage in the Eden Glen area. No FTTH service for 48 hours and even the call centre knows NOTHING about what is happening. TT Connect are the providers and they are just as hopeless. Surely Vox as the ISP should be putting pressure on *********** TT Connect for a solution. The lack of information from Vox clearly shows their apathy to their clients.
