Lack of communication

Last week I was informed that I'm being charged for hardware with no prior messages i just saw it by getting a suspension letter.

No e mail nothing. The last email i got was sometime in dec that you wanted to pick up hardware but my contract was sorted and no one said they still wanted old ardware. You also wanted to come the next day which i was working.
