Vox satelite reception is very bad to non excistent. I submitted varoius vomplaints and they only attended to my complaint after many complaints. Their technicians pitch up at my house, changing power supply and rooter cabkes , play on their computer , and in their terms complained and confirm to me that everything is working fine. After they left, I expierienced the same problem ( wifi network unstable , connected to wif without internet, and wifi connection drop to zero intermittenly and only come back after a few minutes. Vox wifi satelite reception is very very bad. I will definetly cgange to another service provider after thus current cintract period. One thing that they are very good in , is to send out invoices. The day after their technicians visited my house, I receiced an invoice of R1440,00. I' m very very unhappy with Vox satelite service. I can't express my dissapointment and unhappiness with Vox's service. I PAY FIR NOTHING
