My services has been experiencing outages for over a month now. After several calls and technicians coming over, the problem still exists. No call backs as promised. No feedback, The last 2 technicians call me (1 on Friday 22/10/21 and the other on Saturday 23/10/21) asking if they could come over right now, as if we don't have businesses and work responsibilities to see to. The right way is to make an appointment. (That's now thing are done). Really not impressed with their services. Agree with previous comments(VERY QUICK TO SEND STATEMENTS ETC) for their benefit and the client can wait forever. Disgusted.
