Just useless

I have not had a lot of problems, but when it go s wrong this has to be the absolute worst company to deal with! It has been 11 days since my first log to report a fault & tool 9 days of phoning to finally get an appointment on site today at 1pm, it’s now 2pm with a no show & when I call to enquire I am told that they have no record of an appointment being scheduled! I have had to leave work to go home for this appointment & now it was apparently never booked! Please be very careful using VoxWifi as they are not helpful at all, I have the names of 7 different people at the call Centre but have surely spoken to more as there is never the same person, so every time I call I have to explain my story over again. Never mind the story about it being a TT connect problem, so sorry sir, but oh by the way you can’t speak to someone at TT connect. So now I’m out to look for a new service provider......
