Just sad...

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by VOX over the past month. Despite multiple reports and calls regarding the ongoing fiber breaks, the issue remains unresolved.

The problem occurs consistently every night between 8 PM and 11 PM, resulting in a complete loss of internet connectivity. Each time I report the issue, I am told that it has been resolved, but the disruptions persist. I recently spoke to a representative named Justin, who assured me that the situation would be monitored and that I would receive a follow-up. However, no one has contacted me since.

This lack of communication and failure to resolve the problem is unacceptable. I rely on a stable internet connection, and these nightly interruptions are severely impacting my ability to work and stay connected. Continued neglect will leave me with no choice but to seek an alternative ISP.
