JUST NOT SURE IF THIS IS A GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER THEY DO NOT GIVE FEEDBACK.
I have app**** for an Adsl internet, The infrastructure was done by Openserve and the guy installed the line said we will get the router from VOX. No one contacted me after that until i had to call and find out. The guy called ZANE told me they do not supply the free router. I had to get help from Brandon about the router and have got the quotation today. Nobody said anything about when will i get the router or arrange delivery. Iam scared that this company might be bad. I app**** with hitech on my previous place and received a good service. the installation was done within a day.

Even your people did not give the right information. Communication itself within your people is dead. Iam working as a sales executive for many years and what we do is to make sure the clients are helped and receive the right items. With you only a sale is important. Your people should communicate or call clients and find out if what's ordered is the right item. Poor service at its best. Pathetic customer service
