I've been experiencing bad service from their support agent and was oin the verge of canceling because of all the frustrations. However, my call this time was answered by Farelo (I'm not sure about the spelling) but she was awesome. She was very patient, friendly and had a positive attitude. You should hire more employees like her, she deserves 100 stars. I actually decided to rate Vox 5 stars because of her!!!!
