It's officially the worst service I have ever received! @Voxtelecom

I have NEVER experienced such bad service from any service provider as I did with Vox Telecom. We app**** for Fibre last year, and even though Openserve hasn't installed fibre on my side of the street, I was offered a package. After the account was approved & installation had to take place we were only notified 2 MONTHS later (after numerous follow up calls & mails) that it wasn't possible. I was referred to the Regional Channel manager, Quintin Steyn, for assistance in February. I sent him all the documentation again, and requested that he send us any other options for internet until Fibre is available on my side on the street. I have received NO feedback or assistance.
