Issue upon issue upon issue

Issue upon issue upon issue. It all started on the 2nd of February. I signed up with Vox All went well until we signed up. It nearly took 2 week for the technicians to come out to install the rooter. I asked about the coverage and they gave me the info and said I'm connected. That afternoon I was still without wifi. Finally i got through to the technicians department and they informed me that it will be connected soon. After connection it didn't reach the whole house. I ordered the extenders and they just left me hanging. On the 25 I paid cash for the extenders. But they didn't arrive. When I called Vox they said they will only deliver the extenders at the end of March. End of Feb Vox took the money I used to buy the extenders and took it of my account. What a big mess. At the end I cancelled the extenders after confirming the cancellation 3 times.....yes 3 times! They just called our gate to deliver extenders!! I already received my extenders through takealot and I even installed them myself after the technician wanted to charge me a extra R600 and telling me I won't be able to do it. It's like daylight *******, lying and not answering direct questions.

When you contact their what's app line you hold on for 2 hours. The say they give you the Vox box with 100min. The only phone calls I made from the Vox line.....was to Vox and they took all my minutes in any way and now they want to charge me extra.

I will never in my life refer anyone to them. Our lines are up and running after more than a month of struggling and back and forth. It's just not worth it.

It won't help if you call them, what's them or email them it's always another issue.
