**** ISP. **** you every corner they can.

After about almost 10 years with VOX I am so glad to finally leave. Not only do they treat you like **** when you leave, they try and **** every cent out of you. I am canceling on the 4th of the month and they come with this, you need to cancel a whole calendar month ****. I told them I am doing construction on my house and will be out before the 10 of September already for 3 months, but they still want me to pat for October. Ontop of that, their network can barely let 2 phones stream at 720p with a 50mb line. Their dirty ways dont stop there. A few months ago I also upgraded my modem to my personal one I bought. When I asked the guy how I should return their modem, he said the modem is mine as I have paid for it basically for the first year I stayed with them. Now all of the sudden this woman tells me on canceling, no I need to return the modem to them. Get ****ED VOX. So glad I can go someone new once my construction is done. You went from one of the best to one the worst ISPs out there.
