Is Vox Telecom a clone of Dept of Home Affairs?

My encounter with Vox started 17/9/2015.It took 3 weeks to get a proper sim card to enable the handset.International calls were forbidden even though the reason for purchase was this.There maybe have been a misunderstanding between myself and the agent.Fair enough - I kept the handset as an emegency as I have no landline(****** 5 years ago) and Telkom will not replace same.However I rec'd an email from Quinntin Senekal on 12/10/2015 advising me that my account did not support international calls and would I email him requesting this facility and understood the cost.This i did- no response.On the 2/12/2015 I reported my handset faulty due to it reverting to emergency only after + - 2 hours on standby. I only found this out because people trying to phone me were complaining that their call was going to voicemail. Various Vox rep's phoned me about the problem with the usual promises.On the 14/12/2015 Vox phoned and suggested a sim card swap. Fine.I suggested it be posted to me. Not allowed.I suggested by courier. Now wait for this: IT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS - COULD I SUGGEST A MEETING PLACE FOR THE COURIER. I curtailed the conversation.I am too old for this nonsense.
