Is Vox promising more than they can chew?

Well what can I say about Vox that has'nt been said about Eskom's load-shedding, wedding food, no name brands and the village idiot? Unfortunately there is no positive review here, only an honestly raw one. Is Vox the worst internet service provider I've experienced that throttles most of Cape Town back to the dial up speeds of 1999? Well...does a bear ****e in the woods? Does the pope have a balcony? The answer is an astounding yes!
