Is this a VOX snail of a VOX you

All the need to do was to transfer the domain from one company to another for billing purposes. I was informed it will take a month. That were three years ago and still struggeling. I list 3/4 of my emails in the process which cannot be recovered. Every time I asked for about the progress I need to send dovuments. The proof addres must not be older than three months. If the proof of address is dated 20 June 2022 and you sent the documents on 15 July 2022 then surely it is not three months old already?!? Now the excuse is that to many managers work on it and left the company. The sad part is that the one who said this was the one actually working with this for the last two years.
