Is it so hard to cancel an order!!!

I wanted tonget fibre installed in my home and signed up. I now wish I didn't, because due to relocating I decided to contact Vox and let them know I'd like to cancel. All my emails are being ignored. I received a call this morning where I expressed my urgent need to cancel this order snd the lady I spoke to confirmed that I will receive an email confirming that the order has been canceled. Instead, the email I received stated that I need o make sure there's funds in my account...so the call this morning was for nothing.. this is ludicrous and unprofessional of this company. How hard is it to cancel an order, I'd understand if a technician had already atri3vd at the property. I CANCELLED THE ORDER BEFORE IT REACHED THAT STAGE. If I get charged on the 1st of November 2023 I will be taking legal actions against this company since they see it fit to ignore my emails. Terrible company and I would definitely Not recommend it to anyone.
