Is it really necessary??
Zero communication. Paid for a quote. Still waiting for feedback, it's the 4th day today. Still have no idea what's happening with the install (Q***). I keep trying to follow up and I keep getting a "someone will make contact with you" but guess what? Still nothing.. I even emailed someone but still nothing...
