IRATE FALSE LETTER FROM VOX

Unforeseen circumstance Vox gave me a extension on payment, i then receive a letter yesterday 6th May at 1030pm notice of suspension if i do not pay full amount within 7 days they will suspend which suited me perfectly as i was en route back to south africa, this morning it was suspended, my kids at home are tv less etc and cant do assignments for today, no wifi, but the letter states 7 DAYS FOR FULL PAYMENT OR SUSPENSION - how did 7 days appear over night i called in from out of south africa costing alot of money and they say to me, no it was FAST TRACKED what nonsense is that, then they say it for May invoice NONSENSE - IT IS BINDING LETTER FROM VOX STATING IF FULL FULL FULL AMOUNT NOT SETTLED WITHIN 7 DAYS, THAT IS TUES, WED, THURS, FRID, SAT, SUN, MONDAY MIDNIGHT - THAT IS 7 DAYS HOW CAN YOU REFER TO PREVIOUS INVOICE ONLY FOR THE LETTER OR AGREEMENTS, AS THIS LETTER STATES CLEARLY, NOW THEY WONT RECONNECT, DO I LOOK FO SOMEONE ELSE, VOX HAS POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,
