Vox has started again saying I owe them check our conversation last year December were you said the additional payment will be for January when I requested refund. I am tired of this 2025 not going tolerate better another company ...Hi Mercia Molebatsi service is restored, for refund approval kindly send an email and request a refund alternatively you can leave it for your January bill. Thank you
