Internet still substandard and still no response f

Dear Vox<br> I am fed up now. You responded to this but I have never received action or even a phone call till now. I have decided to switch off that which does not give me service. The internet is still substandard. I sent an email to your Engineer and got no answer. <br> <br> Please remove this as you are breaching the contract .
