Internet server

Voxtelecom has been my internet provider for nearly a year. At this stage they are unable to assist me with a problem and every day they are telling me they are working on a resolution. It has been going in for two weeks now. I feel the problem of the previous client shouldbt be the reason for my service to be delayed. I am at this stage where i can truly say don't use them as a server. Be sertain before you chose your internet provider.
