INTERNET NOT WORKING
For more than 12 hours my internet has not been working. I have phoned Vox Telekom TWICE today to find out what is happening and they cannot give me a time frame for the repair. The guy just tells me that \unlucky it is still not fixed"How unprofessional can a company be with no time frame to restore the fault and ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION TO CUSTOMERS. """
