Internet is constantly off, would not recommend.
Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic.
The Internet is off so frequently, you would think that Vox is a government owned entity. Please spare yourself the headaches and frustration.
The other day, I spent an hours worth of airtime on the phone with them, because they were unable to fix the problem. Maybe if they spent the money used for adverti*****ts on their infrastructure, the Internet wouldn't be off so frequently. They advertise so aggressively, it would lead one to believe that they are indeed a commendable, competent internet provider. However, it's quite the opposite.
Pathetic.

I have spent hours on the phone with your customer service center and they weren't able to assist. The Internet went off again over the weekend while I was in a meeting. Pathetic
